Krupa is an education consultant and coach. As a self-employed consultant Krupa has worked across schools and local authorities. Examples include supporting of the CQC Youth Justice inspection with her knowledge of behaviour and inclusion. She has also worked in a separate local authority designing the SEND preparation for adulthood strategy.

She trained as a science teacher and was the head of year in a large mainstream school. She then fearlessly delved into SEND leadership as an assistant head leading on behaviour and careers (KS5). Following this she became a headteacher of a large special secondary school followed by becoming a director of enterprise leading two commercial settings to create meaningful work for learners who have additional needs (SEND) and have been out of education, employment and training (NEET).

Krupa also has led the NPQSL (BAME ED) cohort this year and is also a facilitator and coach for the NPQH.
