An experienced headteacher, Jeremy leads school improvement and works with a range of schools including special and independent schools, as well as undertaking local authority work in Solihull.

Jeremy served as a headteacher in different primary schools prior to moving to consultancy in 2014. When serving as a headteacher, he achieved Local Leaders of Education (LLE) accreditation. He continues to support schools in challenging circumstances.
His Professional Partner accreditation enabled him to coach and, subsequently, empower school leaders to achieve a more effective impact in their schools. He supported the induction of and served as a mentor to, newly appointed headteachers in Solihull Local Authority. He advised, led and supported a stepping-up programme for aspirational deputy and assistant headteachers.
He delivered sessions at returning to teaching courses, exploring what teaching is like today. He presents at various educational sessions, including learning new technologies.

He conducts online facilitation with custom IT tools supporting senior leaders in analyzing achievement information and monitoring. Leading cohorts through national professional qualification learning, Jeremy collaborates to enhance performance management, participates in overseas school improvement work, and ensures compliant safeguarding arrangements and a strong culture.
